Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to World Skills Academy. We value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent return-and-refund process for all purchases.

1. Electronics Products Return Policy

Eligible Returns

Customers may request a return or replacement for electronics products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged during shipping
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • Accessories or parts are missing

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, invoice, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • Return request must be submitted within the return period

Non-Returnable Electronics

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or physically damaged products caused by the customer
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Software, downloadable products, or activated licenses

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side

2. Finance & Digital Service Refund Policy

Course / Training / Financial Service Refunds

For finance-related courses, certifications, consultations, or digital services:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds are only applicable if less than 10% of the course/service has been used or accessed
  • Once digital materials are downloaded or accessed, they become non-refundable

Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed consultations
  • Downloaded digital products
  • Certification examination fees
  • Promotional or discounted programs
  • Subscription fees have already been used

Cancellation by Company

If a course or service is cancelled by World Skills Academy, customers will receive a full refund within 30 days.


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Full Name
  • Order ID
  • Product or Service Name
  • Reason for Return/Refund
  • Photos or proof (if product is damaged)
