Welcome to World Skills Academy. We value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent return-and-refund process for all purchases.
1. Electronics Products Return Policy
Eligible Returns
Customers may request a return or replacement for electronics products within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- Accessories or parts are missing
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, invoice, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Return request must be submitted within the return period
Non-Returnable Electronics
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or physically damaged products caused by the customer
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or special-order items
- Software, downloadable products, or activated licenses
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
2. Finance & Digital Service Refund Policy
Course / Training / Financial Service Refunds
For finance-related courses, certifications, consultations, or digital services:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds are only applicable if less than 10% of the course/service has been used or accessed
- Once digital materials are downloaded or accessed, they become non-refundable
Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Completed consultations
- Downloaded digital products
- Certification examination fees
- Promotional or discounted programs
- Subscription fees have already been used
Cancellation by Company
If a course or service is cancelled by World Skills Academy, customers will receive a full refund within 30 days.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Order ID
- Product or Service Name
- Reason for Return/Refund
- Photos or proof (if product is damaged)
